| silverbirch | I noticed that the first 4 of my audio files are gone If they ve been deliberately deleted it would have been only right to give me say a weeks notice I could have been informed and saved a copy etc I ve got e mail from putfile flagged up on my e mail so I d see any warning that came in. But the forum isnt up, and has nt been for a long time Looks like whoever started this has lost interest forums are 10 a penny, there s no excuse for not having one. I guess sooner or later the upload will disfunction and Putfile will slowly fade into the cyber sunset |

I miss the forums. A lot of my msn contacts are people that I've met on Putfile and I wish you would bring back our community center, the forums. It cost like 1$ a month for a forum, that's about it. That's 12$ a year, and it gives users a way to communicate with each other in an organized fashion. Youtube's downfall it not having one. If I remember correctly, Putfile's objective is to be better than youtube and right now you are failing. Bring back the forums. -.- |

I'll be honest with you, when ZVUE took over Putfile it was supposed to help make things better.. with more resources the site could be expanded and I could take a day off every now and then .. not having to manage all the servers myself. Baed on the alexa traffic graph, the forums being down for months, etc.. things seem to be going a lot worse on putfile rather than better. Unfortunately I'm not in the loop with them anymore due to disagreements and I've not been working with them since late 2007. I would like to say that I really feel bad that things have turned out this way (I hate seeing the site in a state of disrepair), and i have always appreciated the support/feedback/suggestions that you all offered whilst I ran the site.
